If one or both parties cannot make it into our office, an "Application For Marriage License By Mail", must be completed and signed in front of a notary public. Again, this is only necessary if one or both parties can not come to our office to complete the paperwork. Please use the links found on the left side of this page to open up a PDF of the files you'll need to print out and bring to the notary. Further instructions can be found on the forms.
